Order Processing Time

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx

  • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Includes tracking and insurance

Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS

  • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Basic tracking included

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. Please review our policy below to ensure a smooth process.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused, unassembled, and in original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
  • Return request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their nature, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Artificial Garlands that have been unboxed or removed from packaging
  • Artificial Swag showing signs of handling
  • Custom or special order items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below for faster processing.
  2. Await Approval: We’ll review your request and send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely repackage the item with all original materials.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to our warehouse using the address in your RMA email. We recommend trackable shipping.
  5. Processing: After inspection (within 5 business days of receipt), we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Information

Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Note: International refunds may take additional time depending on your bank.

Exchange Information

  • We’ll ship your replacement after receiving and inspecting your return
  • Price differences apply when exchanging for higher-priced items
