Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be in its original condition – unused, unassembled, and with all original packaging and tags
  • You must initiate your return request within 15 days of receiving your order
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of our products, certain items cannot be returned:
  • Artificial Garlands that have been unboxed or removed from packaging
  • Artificial Swag that shows signs of handling
  • Custom or special order items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return/exchange request within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below for quicker processing.
  2. Await Approval: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely repackage the item in its original packaging with all included materials.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our warehouse at the address provided in your RMA email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  5. Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after we process your return
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after we process your return

Note: International refunds may take additional time depending on your bank’s processing times.

Exchange Information

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive and inspect your return
  • You’ll be responsible for any price difference if exchanging for a higher-priced item
